Nate is a litigator who represents clients on both side of the Cascades. He advocates for closely held entities in, among others, the agriculture, marine, and tech, industries. Nate also represents individual consumers, empowering his clients to act as private Attorneys General pursuing claims under Washington State’s Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Nate particularly enjoys taking insurance companies to task for violations of the Insurance Fair Conduct Act.
