Manny Jacobowitz is a seasoned litigator with a passion for solving clients’ problems.  He understands that business crises, foreclosures, or loss of earnings or life savings are more than just “money troubles.”  Whether in court, arbitration, mediation, or administrative tribunal, Manny excels at driving the dispute to a resolution that works for you, the client. 

After a stint in biglaw, Manny co-founded Arnold Jacobowitz & Alvarado PLLC’s predecessor firm Johnston Jacobowitz & Arnold, PC, finding that he could accomplish more for his clients without pressure to meet arbitrary billing quotas.  Now, he helps people from all walks of life deal with business partnership breakups, breach of contract, fraud, foreclosure, and other serious concerns.  Representative clients include cannabis processors, contractors and other business owners, real estate developers, homeowners, and investors.
